Does any one use additional floats on their main line
We have a stainless mainline and i think it's two heavy between guide balls and kinks up the course.
Thanks
Cutting the back off for me took away some of the leverage when my body position gets behind my ankles.
I also heated the bottom of the toe where the ball of your foot sits and the toe so it sits flatter on the plate
Less stress and reverse flex on the plate and ski.
I tried cutting slots in the toes of one boot I have and compleatly made it un skiable for me way to sloppy.
I didn't think I was s bigger guy but at 190 lb I guess I am
How do I upgrade my 2011 200 with the new version and is it worth it ?
You have me thinking now...
Went from the long shallow setting to short and deep today for two sets
-22 felt about the same
Big couldn't run a pass at -28 when I always do
Maybe need a little more time with it to settle into things.
I don't think I got a real good feel for what the ski was doing
2.510
6.840

7 deg wing
72 deg water
Put the wing back on today at 7 deg
Felt way more stable from the second wake to the ball a little slower than no wing but faster than 9 deg this was a good experiment to try I'll stick with 7 for a while. If I can quit pulling long to the ball like @SkiJay noted I'll be in good shape
Pulled my wing of today for three passes felt quite a bit faster in the pre turn to the ball. I'm thinking A little bit of Wing will be more stable than no wing
Maybe 7 deg rather than 9

Ski at -28 play with the speed if your ok with it . Try putting a couple people in the bow when you ski that is a towed water sports boat like @Hockdog said not a ski boat
