  1. Getting about that time for a new rope. Looking at the Masterline website and I see two ropes which look about the same but have a fairly large price difference of $30. Both are the 10.75 $60 $90
  2. For free, beggars shouldn't be choosers. If the price is good I would buy it. And I mean free for buddies to use. Any pictures of it?
  3. Can the boat power slide though. That's the real test.
  4. @S1Pitts I have them all on my Spotify app where they are all available to listen.
  5. My wife needs a new vest. She has a oneill slasher that she likes but before we order a replacement, we wanted to see if there was other comparable options. We don't need coast guard approved. Also if anyone needs a basically brand new women's oneill slasher in black, size 14. Let me know.
  6. Apparently the start of water ski season is not the answer my wife was looking for. Some people just don't understand...
  7. Not saying it won't work. But I'll continue to use 303 protectant after a detail and use babes to help in between. My go to for a full detail is the dollar store Totally awesome with a soft upholstery brush that I found really cleans the texture of the vinyl. Then follow up with 303. I usually do that annually and use babes after every 2-3 times out. 20 year old seats still are super soft. I also store in my garage and that helps more than anything.

  9. For what its worth, I would just take the valve cover off, and then deal with the cap on a work bench. That way if any pieces break, it's a whole lot less likely your gonna have them floating around in the valvetrain. Its probably an extra 5 min worth of work but could save a massive headache down the road.
  10. https://www.ski-it-again.com/php/skiitagain.php?endless=summer&topic=Search&category=Slalom&postid=58804 Something like this might work. Just need some bindings.
  11. I second SIA. I have bought and sold skis there for several years. Also where are you located?
  12. @Horton, did you ever try out one of those cheap universal covers? I store my boat in the garage and only use my boat cover for 6 mo out of the year. Would like a super light cover that will keep the dust off. I have a SN 196 and don't need a platform cover My canvas one works but it's bulky to store for 6 months of the year...
  13. I know rain is limited in CA. But do you need to cover it up from the elements?
  14. While not a GTR I have a 66" 2016 GT if your interested. It's just gathering dust In my garage.
  15. Took the first ride yesterday since about mid September. Took 4 passes and have some soreness this morning. Feels good to be back...
  16. @kelvin how wet is too wet?
  17. My wife has the slasher and loves the comfort. I have a men's slasher and love it as well.
  18. Not a d3, but I have a 66 connelly gt sitting around.
  19. That's exactly what I was thinking of. Should have Googled the year. Long story short. You don't want cat guts on your dock and boat.
  20. @thager A .22 is much more cost effective than 5.56. Also have you seen the YouTube video of the whale getting blown up in Oregon in the 80s. That's what would happen.
  21. Too bad, I loved that show. Although Dax Shepard is equally good.
  22. Where does one get grass carp for the purpose of weed removal?
  23. @GaryJanzig i had the same thing around the same time.
  24. For what its worth, my dad has a 00 PS 190. Its not my 196 from a skiing and driving perspective and it wasn't the same wake as our 94 but its 20 years old and super reliable and skis pretty decent all things considered. For the right price and depending on your level, I wouldn't be opposed to buying one. Is it the worst MC hull since 91, most likely yes but if your comparing to a Bayliner... With the back seat out, its fairly spacious inside for a closed bow boat.
