    I get the low volume thing for sure. In ski season I am between 210-215. I am 6’1 and in great shape but the fact is guys like me are the outlier for slalom skiing products for sure. @mbabiash I might demo that one this year. I ski at 34mph to and can sometime get past 28off. Everyone has always told me I need to ski 69. We will see.

    Hi Guys - I called and spoke with a technician at Zero Off about this new revision. He claimed the change only helped to provide a stronger pull in the "+" setting. I have honestly never used the "+" setting yet. Is it really worth doing this upgrade for an amateur course skier?

    Yes. Too serious compared to most but I am not the type of person that gets upset about bad skiing. Still having fun. @JonB Get a portable course. You will love it and when you get good it is so easy to put in and take out. I have even gotten to the point where I can drop mine in less then 20 minutes from my pontoon solo. I can pull it myself if it is calm enough.

    Any know if this will work on a single puck 2016? Also, it is only $50 but they want 250 for a cable. Am I reading this correctly?

    @swc5150 and @Jboss - we need to align in the northerwoods! I have been tempted to haul my insta-slalom to my parents chain but it isn't worth it for just me. Spread Eagle, WI (always smile when I say this city) is where my parents are and my lake place is in Balsam Lake, WI.

    @swc5150 - Shame on you for buying snow plowing equipment. You may have jinxed our early spring. Nice ProStar OP - The guys at Liquid Edge are great people.

    I owned an X9 as our first MasterCraft. It was a great family all around boat. We did every watersport behind that boat when we started out with the kids. Tons of room and the quality was amazing. When we bought a place on a lake with buoy chasers and I joined up we switched to a ProStar for the course. The slalom wake and driving the X9 in the course will not be as good as a 197. Is the Outback a V drive? If that was the case I would for sure pic the X9 Overall my recommendation would be to pick a X7/197, Bu lXi, or SN 206.

    I think it is because there are some great jobs in the Midwest. Most of us do question why the hell we are here during the winters though @swc5150 is that really your MPG on that awesome truck you have. Dammmmm

    I had the same experience. The guys at Marine Max admittedly knew nothing about ski boats or the competition. I wish I had known you were there yesterday. Kelly and I were there all day mostly on the Pontoons!

    Horton. I have really good results with a hard mounted (no gimbal required) iphone on the pylon using an image stablilizer app named MoviePro $5.99
