Crossfit 5-6x per week. It for sure improved my skiing but not because I got stronger but because my overall mobility was crap before I started this 3.5yrs ago. Plus it is a lot fun and I enjoy it even though it is really hard. (like course skiing)
Agreed @rockdog . I switched my front one to intuition right away. I am thinking about trying the intuition the rear this year versus the stock reflex rear booty.

Yes - use them and love them. Make sure you go through the molding process if you are on the edge of the foot size. I have size 13 foot in most shoes and boots and baking the intuition liners in the oven for formed fit worked for me.
