  1. Having trouble with the update. I registered and it said email was sent several days ago. I never received it and can't log in.
  2. Our sport is amazing! Great tournament. Super cool to see the pros having a blast with the kiddos.
  3. I have skied on five different skis this year and am skiing better than ever. Sometimes switching helps your balance and improves reactions. Do what you like and have fun with it!
  4. Nice driving Eddie! Like the fist pump at the end!
  5. @dhofert, great ski - you are gonna love it! As left foot forward the HRT should be facing the other direction or at least straight.
  6. Likely the servo. I have version nine and it works great. I have had troubles in the past with the z-box. I would give them a call. They are great at talking you through troubleshooting and getting you back on track.
  7. @njordan2001 You have to run them with the foot beds. They will be horribly uncomfortable with out them. Heat molding will help, but without the foot beds you are in for pain.
  8. I feel like a fatter handle makes keeps me from pulling too hard and is easier on my hands. The skinny ones make me more aggro for some reason. I'm using a Masterline 1.062 and thinking of going bigger.
  9. Get the Katana. It's a great ski for messing around on but also has surprising performance. I gave it a go through the course and had a look at 6 ball at -35 34mph. I almost made it my tournament ski!
  10. OTF Station Station House Rag Dolls Baller Station Station 6 Keeping with the theme.....
  11. Couldn't agree more! Eddie is one of the greatest guys to hang with. Not only amazing at helping with anything skiing, he still rips it up on the lake! It is an honor and privilege to get to spend time with the man, as he make everyone around him feel good about themselves. True legend.
  12. I did mine with the hot water shower. Slightly uncomfortable putting my foot in, but worked great. You are going to love them!
  13. Put the handle on the pylon. Get into lean position and think of a tug of war. If you are trying to pull with the most force and power it is an arms straight position. Extend handle and relax the arms like @bishop8950 was saying and feel the force on your hands increase. Conversely, bend your arms as if pulling with them, not moving your feet and see what happens. Body comes up and force decreases equaling a less powerful position.
  14. I made the switch from a 67 to a 68 vapor this year. I ran stock binding placement on the 67 and ended up 1/4 inch forward on the 68. It just felt right on the bigger ski. I'd start stock and adj from there. As far as binding spacing, I run mine as close together as possible. When I ran a RTP the toes on my back foot ran up the back of the front binding. Good luck on a great ski!
  15. Total bummer. I had so much fun at the BOS event I went to last year I was considering the trip to Natz this year.
  16. Camaro monkeysuit. Long sleeves are the way to go!
  17. Congrats! Best ski ever. Period.
  18. +1 for Senate. Similar to Vapor but a bit wider, perfect for the speed you are skiing
  19. Snow ski rack on top? Vertical in bed with a bungee to top of cab?
  20. Just got mine and have skied on them twice. I'm coming off worn out Stradas. First set water was a bit choppy and they felt a bit stiff, but second set - WOW! Much more responsive and the control was amazing. Note on sizing - They felt about a half size smaller in length that my Stradas. Don't know if that is because they are new.
  21. I'm on Vapors and have the foot quite tight and the ankle snug but not tight. Rear the same but looser on the ankle than the front
  22. Good move! That ski is awesome, a noticeable step up from your current mode. Cheaper than most other addictions
  23. I take the liners out and hang them on a carabiner on the handle of my ski bag. Keeping the ski in the house they almost always dry by the next day. Ski drier good idea though.
