  1. Thanks for helping out @Chad_Scott . Will be nice if this boat can get dialed in better.
  2. Taking the rv to Florida next spring. Will the full hook up sights be ready by then Travis ?
  3. Arvin is a nice place to visit , but I wouldn’t want to live there. Glad that you are getting Buford out of here eventually. For the people who haven’t been here , we have some of the best ski conditions in the world , but the worst air quality in our nation. We are basically the arm pit of the San Joaquin Valley. Mountains on three sides of us trap the bad air.
  4. You out there @Chad_Scott ? Something is definitely wrong with this boat. The boat wanders around in the course even with shot bags up front. And the wake is sub par behind the rooster tail. Maybe you have seen this previously with the new hull design ? Hopefully there Is a fix for this ? This boat was a promo from Alabama , so Brett felt pretty good about buying it without a test ride. After spending $65k , it is understandable that he is a bit bummed out.
  5. Must mean you guys nailed it. Might have to try one.
  6. Didn’t want to talk crap about your TXI on a public forum , but since you already did ... sell it , get a surf boat for the big lakes , and a 196 or newer pro star for Ski West. Or man up , moto guys are supposed to like jumps ?. Your boat was a promo , so I doubt you can make it any better ?
  7. Boarding School !! Very cool place to hang out between your rides. Call Travis and see if the apartment is available , otherwise you share the house with other guests. Closest sight to Cape Kennedy, and there are a few nice wilderness parks nearby for the kids to see some gators ( when they aren't skiing ) Have fun !!
  8. Screws are in correct positions. Crank it down hard. Tough to over torque it with a screw driver.
  9. $ 330 a month. The place also has a nice 2 car garage. Cannot build homes on our sight , this house is one of the few that were allowed.
  10. Hard to finish the turn correctly without starting it correctly. Most of our issues are from previous mistakes. Letting the handle out early makes it very hard to ski back around to it. People talk about getting stacked , but without keeping the elbows in and staying on the handle into the turn , it is tough to come out of the turn in a good stacked position. What Regina is doing into the turn is probably the most important thing to study. Staying on the handle shoots you into the turn.
  11. What @thager said , but with a much nicer tone and a smile. Thanks in advance @MS
  12. Thanks @Roger and @jrs , I will hit him up. I am guessing that his coaching is as good as his skiing style. Getting on this forum will also help add students if that is an interest of his. I'm thinking it might be.... Sign me up.
  13. Not a deeded lot. 37 lots on a 3 lake sight. Address is 28311 Millux rd Arvin , Ca 93203.
  14. Saw that Hobe lake is now a sponsor of this sight and that Wim Decree is their main coach. He has one of the smoothest styles I have ever seen. Until I have a chance to get back to Florida and get a few lessons with Wim , are there any chances we could get any videos of him skiing ? The only one I've seen has poor quality. You out there Wim ? Thanks
  15. Sorry , was a short relationship , didn't save any info on the ski. Ended up going with the Vapor that year , and the next , and the next , and the next , and the next.
  16. I had that ski for a few months. Just as you found out , it shines in the turns , but you have to be good at handle control to get to the next one. Ran my very first 35 on it , but returned it because of the amount of effort it took. My bad back and lack of skills requires a ski with better glide. Good luck with the ski.

ot another Rico . 5 @ hardest pass sucks !
  18. " hey little guy , what do you think about these awesome racks that Mastercraft Designed for carrying kids ? "
  19. I also have size 10 vapors. To get the rear boot to touch the front one , I put the center screw in , then pivot it into position. There is an interference, but not much. Don't forget to scribe a line 12" behind your front boot ( measure from the laces ) This will make it easy for setting your boots up.
  20. Getting lucky last night meant you didn't have to get up to take a piss.
  21. Tim , The guy I used who ships the boats is Greg. His contacts are GREG@SKIFORCE.COM and his US # is (626)378-0202 Steve
  22. If you do decide to get the US boat , many of the Ballers out there will help you find the one you are looking for. I actually sold a boat to a guy in Australia a few years ago. Can put you in touch with an Ausie who ships boats from California to Australia. Good luck with your decision and search.
  23. Just shipped a bad ass like new 2017 66" Vapor Probuild to fellow Baller @LZywicki1 . Should get it soon. Ca to Mi was about $70 with $1000 worth of insurance with USPS.
  24. Hopefully not , saw one of those at our lakes a few years ago. Cost was $ 37,000 to remove the weeds from 3 small ski lakes.
  25. @ryans1418 are we talking Probuild or standard Vapor ?
