  1. I have a 2017 66" Probuild if someone still needs one. 2 months old , like new. $850 OBO. Same color as this one.
  2. Was driving next door when he got into it the first time. Thought I was being buzzed by an airplane. Scared the crap out of me. The skier thought that his boats motor blew up. Was a cool sight to see.
  3. Glad you had another good visit to Bako Paul. Will eventually get to your place in Colorado where you can teach me how to ski in the wind. Sorry that our conditions were so good.
  4. Heard that Freddie is really into watching his English football. Got to watch him almost run a 41 @ The Boarding School. That is after he finished watching his football of course. So if you like the sport that we Yankees call soccer , you have to go to the boarding school and hang out with Freddie. Might also learn a few things about skiing.
  5. @Horton will come over for a ride in the next few weeks or this weekend if Charlie lets me in.
  6. If my 4 year old granddaughter gets into skiing , this will be my next boat. Maybe if she doesn't I still might need one.

    STOLEN!!!!!

6.6 thousand views .......you starting to like this wakeboard thread @Horton ? As long as one of those tugs doesn't show up at your lake.
  8. Hi guys , it's me again. Because of the large amount of rain this spring , we put off our project until this fall. We are either going with the larger rock you see in this picture , or 2 1/2 - 1" gravel. Which can have a larger percent of the smaller 1" pieces. Our thoughts are to put down the fabric if we go with the smaller gravel and scrape the surface to get rid of the ledge or fill with dirt before the fabric goes down. Will the fabric keep the fill dirt from moving ? Should we stick with the larger rocks 4-6" ? Does the smaller gravel need the mesh ? Thanks guys.
  9. I wear 8 1/2 or 9 shoes depending on the brand and I use size 10 vapors. I have a wide foot. Most people tighten the boa laces and run the top laces pretty loose. The laces will adjust to a smaller foot , but can't help in the opposite direction. Radar is so good with their customers , so I am sure they will make you happy with an exchange if you are not able to try them out at a ski shop near you.
  10. Most people buy the Vapor boots one size larger than your shoe size. I put the footbed inside of my boot , then cut thin plastic shim stock ( .020" ) in the shape of the footbed and place under liner. This allows you to get the fit you want , and the plastic protects the bottom of the boot from the elevated bosses that hold the threaded inserts of the boot. The plastic also helps the liner release in a crash. The bosses are what tears up the bottom of the liners. Hope this helps someone out there in " Ballerland "
  11. That is why I upgraded my rope to the Masterline slip knot rope. Cannot be put on wrong. I have had people attach the loop of the end of the previous section , not the one that you are skiing. Didn't end this bad ( if that is what happened )
  12. Got to laugh between the buoys today. Wholly crap. My easier line lengths did feel as if the rope was longer. Ran my hardest pass which is 35 off in my third set. Was my second one of the season. Can't wait to ski tomorrow. Thank you Radar Boys !!
  13. My 2009 196 has dustributor cap and rotor. Just replaced them.
  14. Or to match the bee suit ? Where's the picture ? Have seen it on here before.
  15. The Boarding School ! Awesome sight and people. It is the only one I have experienced on your list , but I have returned repeatedly after my first set there. Travis grew up skiing and learned how to coach from the best. He and his crew will turn you into a better skier and make you feel at home with their sweet set up there. Will be fun watching Freddy and Mannon ski as well as the pro wake boarders and skiers that may drop by. Makes me want to spend a week there. I just drop in for sets between work when I get sent to the Orlando area.
  16. Maybe the big boat is going to the wake surfers on the north side of his lake ? I know you don't think its funny John. Soooory.
  17. Great news Mark. Glad you are feeling stronger and are able to ski. There is more to life than skiing , but this is what we live for. We ran our very first 35 offs on the same weekend back in 2014. I remember posting about finally running it and you also posted about running it with Jack Travers. Funny how this ski sight makes us care about people we haven't met. Good luck to you on your road to recovery.
  18. You're an animal Jim. You ski more sets than the healthy skiers ever do. Think about you frequently and use your strength to get me through my tough times. Fighting cancer at a much woosier level. Hope to meet you one day. You might have to drop by the BOS headquarters and ski with the Arvin crew. Lots of lakes and places to crash. Keep up the good work ! Steve
  19. I'm laughing between checks. My '17 is 2 months old and '18 is on the way. Then I can laugh between buoys. What the heck , I get 3 paychecks this month.
  20. Guess looks are deceiving. Glad to hear you have the cross bars.
  21. That coiled rope and handle still near you could of been real bad. Glad you're ok.
