  1. The 67" Vapor was good to me last night. I got around 3 ball a 38 behind ZO for the first time. I am 6'2" 185 lbs 49 years young, left foot forward. My fin is set at 2.480 6.870 .755 9 deg. Bindings are now close to 30 @ 29 15/16 or 29 7/8. I too am having a hard time getting a good one ball even though that is my onside. I have to tell myself setting up for the gate to go out easy. This ski feels like it just wants to keep going out with so little effort. I am getting really wide but by the time I go through the gate going into one ball I am narrow and down course. Any suggestions?
  2. I know the Big Dawgs are 34 mph skiers and the Goode skis seem to perform well for the women at 34 mph, but when it comes to open men's division, the picture is nearly the complete opposite. I just can't help thinking it is the skier and not the ski. I am pretty sure guys like Mapple, Bedal and others are capable of winning Big Dawg tournaments on brands other than Goode.
  3. Nautique must have the adjustable rudder patented, if not why is it not installed? When the wife and kids drive the boat you lessen the torque for safety, when it's time to run the coarse you load it. I will never own another boat without this feature.
  4. Are you telling us everything? How loose were the top strings? Did you check the tightness on the platform by making sure the heel of the liner lifts out of the shell easily before getting in the water? I know one individual who put a orthotic between the boot and the liner. He was a snow skier and he thought the RS-1 bindings needed to be tighter and took no consideration for how they were designed to release. With the extra orthodic he pulled the top strings as tight as they would go and broke his ankle in bad crash.
