Why is the new company named after a mountain in Alaska? Alaska is not known for having the longest waterski season.

When is nationals anyway, I think a lot more Ballers here on this website will be buying the new Vapor than the spectators going to nationals. My purchase is guaranteed, but I would like to see what it looks like before I order one.

I will buy the new ski, but I will not sell my green ski. I will keep it on the top shelf, it took me to new levels.

I am pretty happy with my 97 Nautique GT-40 PP Z-Box with the latest software. I feel no difference and ski exactly the same as behind the ZO boats. One thing I notice is that every brand and every year of each model of ZO boat feels a little different.

I tightened the pylon on my 1997 196 a year ago. Pretty sure I found 3 U-bolts. I will check, but think one is real high close to the floor, kind of hard to reach.

I need to replace the battery in my 1997 Nautique. I want the strongest battery that will fit. What is the best battery for the application?

Thanks everyone @ BOS, I have this figured out now. Even with the unnecessary 10% penalty, I think I'll make it in.

Let me get this correct. At 51 I need to run 38 off or 102 to qualify because I will receive a penalty for not participating in enough tournaments, this will give me a 92, but not sure, could be higher or lower, any other variables I need to consider? I feel like the organizers of the sport are doing a really good job reducing participation. How many Men's 4 guys ran 102 at the 2014 Western Regional? The answer is zero!

@richarddoane - No, I live in Alaska and was not able to get out to the lower 48 last year. Last tournament was at Warman a couple years ago. I can't find this information anywhere on USAWATERSKi or AWSA Rules.

The mounting bracket is different. The one in Overton's is designed to bolt on with brackets. The one I have just has a bigger round hole in the middle used to bolt it to the trailer and the mounting plate is flat with no smaller bolt holes so it can rotate.

I need to replace my swing up trailer jack. The current model is a Shelby 1200 lb. I would like to replace it with a 1500 lb. jack. The mounting bracket looks different from the ones on Amazon. Any one have a suggestion or can recommend a model with the same bracket. (see pictures) This is on a 1997 DHM trailer that likely came from West Coast Correct Craft.

Anyone comparing PP SG w/zbox to ZO needs to clarify the version they are running. I feel more of a difference between ABC settings behind different manufacturers, Nautique, MasterCraft, Malibu, Centurion with ZO than I do between my zbox equipped BB Nautique with Gt-40, and my ski partners 2008 196 with ZO. I will admit the early version of zbox was a little harsh and had a tendency to run hot around 3 ball, but I do not have that problem with the latest version of the software.
