  1. Another vote for the Outback. In 2005 that boat was USA Water Ski record tournament approved. But with the ballast you can do a other things as well. Here's some info on the boat. Moomba Outback
  2. @Patmaster I'm 100% confident the back foot will come out. It actually comes out easier than the front. That's how I take my ski off - I just pull my back foot out of the binding.
  3. HO Choptop rear boot. Love mine! And its half the price of Reflex's R boot.
  4. I have a 2007 Moomba Mobius LS (direct drive). I'm extremely happy with it. I ski into 32 of with it with no problem. It has one ballast tank in back that i use for wakeboarding and foiling. It has a wakeplate (Trimtab - like the Tige Taps system) which allows me to change the wake depending on what I'm doing and when just cruising. When I go to Lake Powell I don't have to worry about swamping the boat when I'm going down the main channel and some huge cabin cruiser drives by.
  5. Matt Rini in Orlando. The best.
  6. So what does this mean for the future of Raptor?
  7. Correct me if I'm wrong, but Terry's ski definitely says KD! What happened to the Raptor and is KD back in business?

    Tower on a 200

Pouring gas on a fire here, those of you with towers, do you pull a tube from the tower pylon?
  9. I don't ski with anything else. I love the gloves. I keep the dowels in. I know two pros who use this style of glove as well: Chris Rossi and John Travers.
  10. Geez, last year I got me a new VTR, this year I got the VTX, what am I suppose to tell my wife now?
  11. Matt Rini in Orlando. The best.
  12. I have the Syndicate hardshell in the front and the choptop in the rear. I'm extremely happy with it. Comfortable. Easy to get in to. And complete confidence that I will come out in a bad fall.
  13. I love my VTX! But I'm only a 22 off and sometimes a 28 off skier. Will Asher came out to Utah for a Malibu/HO demo day. He adjusted my fin to the settings that he uses. I love it! So Will and I are settings brothers! :) I'm not sure what they are. I need to measure it so I have it. My bindings are stock.
  14. @ski6 - Why the dislike on my comment about my VTX?
  15. I'm sorry but I sold it a while ago.
  16. My 2 cents worth. I skied my new VTX for the first time this past Saturday. First time to ski since last Fall (my traps and shoulders are killing me!). Let me also state that not only was I on a new ski but I also was on new bindings - the HO reflex hardshell. So two new changes. My first pass down the course I couldn't even turn the ski. By the end of the set I was starting to get the hang of it. My second set was much better and I was starting to really like my set-up. I think I am really going to love this ski. The boots are so different then anything I have used in the past but I already love how comfortable and easy they are to use.
  17. @BlueSki I have the HO VMax Choptop for my rear with the HO hardshell front. I love the setup. No problems with the rear foot coming out when you need it to. Matter of fact, when I'm done skiing I just pull my rear foot out.

    Spark Plug Torque

Thanks @Mark_Matis That chart is perfect!
  19. Skied on my HO hardshell for the first time on Saturday. I absolutely LOVE the boot! Most comfortable boot I've ever slid my foot into. I love the ease of entry and exit. I've never been on a Reflex so I can't say how they compare. Going from thinking the boot was way to small and that I would never even get my foot into it, then heat molding it, to being a perfect fit and being super comfortable - blows my mind.

    Spark Plug Torque

Thanks for your input. Bottom line ... not very tight!
  21. If its cold enough to need a wetsuit, I just put on my drysuit. Why bother with the wetsuit.
  22. Does anyone know what torque you should tighten the spark plugs too on a 2007 325 Indmar engine?
