  1. Might be a dumb question, but why is a goPro better then a cellphone? Does it have stabilization built into it?
  2. Did Centurian not sell enough to make it financially viable?
  3. I second @AdamCord , just dunk you head under water for half a second with your eyes open. No problem after that.
  4. I totally agree with Scot. I absolutely love my Omni. So easy to ski on. Accelerates fast! An idiot can get up on it (explains me!). So little drag on it which explains why its so fast. I don't tire out as quickly. And it just turns!
  5. @BraceMaker @Orlando76 Thanks so much guys!
  6. Oops, I meant "outside of the hull"!
  7. @Orlando76 What do you tighten or replace? Is it on the outside of the hole where the shaft comes out?
  8. BWAHAHA! You guys are perverted! I have an 07 Moomba with a shaft seal.
  9. I had my boat hooked up to Fake-A-Lake while I was winterizing it. As it was running I noticed that water was coming out of the propeller shaft right where the shaft comes out of the bottom of the boat. Is that something I've just never noticed or should it not be doing that? Do I have a problem? Let me reword that (I know I have many problems!) - does my boat have a problem? Garn
  10. You can't but help just like this guy. Just seems genuine and nice.
  11. I think your girls would love the Omni! I just think it is a game changer. But it is a big skiing ski. I would definitely go with the 63". I weigh 190 and I am on a 67" Omni. But I'm thinking trying a 65". Skip the Freeride. It is a limited ski as far as potential goes. Go with the Omni.
  12. Can't tell what its shaped like.
  13. If it was mounted to my windshield, and I have a tower on my boat with racks that other "toys" are hanging on, wouldn't my tower be in the way?
  14. I took a hard and fast over-the-front this past weekend. This is season three for me of being in the Syndicate Hardshell. I've came out of my binding a number of times. But this was the first time that I took a chunk out of my rear shin. How common is that? I think I may start doing something that I just dread....wearing a neoprene spray guard on my rear leg. I haven't worn one in over 10 years ever since Wade Cox kidded my about wearing a "girdle". But I don't want to bang up my shin either. Was this a freak thing or does it happen often?
  15. If it can be mounted to a tower no one, no matter how big of an idiot, is going to get shot. But on the other hand, if someone is that stupid, maybe they should get shot. :)
  16. It is true. They replaced it and the new one is perfect.
  17. They are literally half the price of a masterline or Intow. $65 versus $139. For that difference in price I don't care where they are made. I guess HO could start making them in the US and then we would have another $139 dollar rope on the market and it wouldn't be any better quality.
  18. I have been using the HO Syndicate rope this year after using InTow for years. I love the rope. I can't tell any difference between it and the InTow - which is a good thing because I think InTow makes a great rope. But at half the price of the InTow or ML, I don't think you can beat the HO. Plus, I love the black look of it.
  19. Goodness. Get a new Omni. Amazing ski! You are on such old ski with old technology. You would love an Omni. You'll never go back.
  20. I agree with @Horton completely! Quit trying to make it complicated and jacking the price up! My family goes to Lake Mead, Powell, and another less popular lake multiple times during the year. These are ski-family trips but it is all free skiing. I would love this for those times! I'm headed down to Lake Mead next week and I wish I had one. But for it to work on my boat, it would have to be able to attach to my tower.
  21. So do I! I'm heading down to Mead next week and I wish I had one of these!
  22. I love the idea! I'm definitely interested!
