  1. I know all ski mfg give a number for putting your front binding on your ski as to where to mount it.Now what happens to the dynamics of the ski if you move it forward or backward from that location.I have done it a few times and did not really notice much however I assume that it changes things on how the ski performs. Can anyone give a general idea what normally will happen....
  2. @Shell I know however I like handles like us gear and in tow.I have spoken with Scott and I think someday he will be making a product like those. He is working hard now doing what he is doing....
  3. Thanks to @The_MS For getting me interested in the KD line of skis.Great ski for less $$....
  4. I have to say something great about Scott at KD skis and Slines ropes.I have gotten ropes from Scott before and now just a few days ago wanted a KD ski and he found a 67 platinum elk and tel for me.He shipped it out right away and I really enjoy this ski.I think more people have to try the KD line and I think they will enjoy them a lot.Scott is now my main man for ropes and skis and I think someday he will make handles we all will enjoy.THANKS SCOTT FOR ALL YOU DO!!
  5. I have had several however I prefer the LXI over the lx.The LX is a smaller boat however many people do like the way they ski and drive. They are a stepover and not a Walk thru which many people do not like.I had a 2003 and some people did not like the step over to get into the open bow.I personally think the LXI is a better all around boat and is more useful with a family.
  6. @6balls It would be like paradise that has the runway between the 2 lakes......
  7. I guess some people do free ski at short line lengths at 36MPH.....Gosh that looks fun!!
  8. These are fantastic boats and If I were in the mkt I would buy it.......
  9. @Drago@skialex I like to ski open water usually at 34 to 36mph on a shortline rope.I like the speed and its not any more fun at a different line length.@dave2ball @jhughes I guess I think my opinion is not BS its my opinion based on my experiences of various boats.I have owned and skied more boats then most people and was simply comparing the 200 wake to the other boats.I think and correct me if I am wrong the 200 going 34mph in a course or just in open water with the same water conditions and a skier at 38 off will display the same wake.Just my opinion and I did state it was a greatpull and certainly a beautiful boat. @jcamp The owner even stated that he liked his 196 better and we are good friends and ski partners for many yrs. I did not offend him and totally enjoy every minute on the lake as I am probably one of the oldest ballers on the site and soon coming to the end of enjoying this sport.
  10. I just skied a friends new to him 2021 Nautique 200 open bow with the 6liter zr4 engine. Not sure about the wake as I have had many boats and I am not sure I would rate this at the top of the list.I skied at 38off at 34mph and I think I PREFER THE 196 or my Gekko GTR as far as the wake. The pull was strong and I am sure I have to ski it more however I think my first impression on this new of a boat was not great as far as the wake goes. Will have to ski it more at different line lengths.Beautiful boat and certainly nice to drive..........
  11. @Wish Is she cooler then the old guy??
  12. @Horton So what's wrong with my rope. Its really hardly used and was really to be used by recreational skiers like you.If I am skiing or one of my ski partners I have a new masterline optimized and 2 new s lines that we rotate.I don't get any of my gear free and probably spend more then most ballers do to ski a short season in MN. I sold the rope so should I give you the buyers name and you can give him the pandas!!
  13. @Kimbymon Thanks for all of your dedication and hard work on this special event.I am sure many people enjoy the day and its a fundraiser.Keep up the hard work....Congrats !! I am sure its a success
  14. Ski is now $400...........
  15. Hey ballers I need room in the boathouse so somebody I am sure can use this ski......
  16. I ordered a new rope from s lines and got fantastic service and of course a rope. Thanks Scott for going the extra mile and getting me my rope.......
  17. @JL5 Like previously mentioned get a dealer to inspect the boat.I have down this many times and have found they will do it for you for a fee. They can hook up the laptop and ck for things. Also get a baller who lives close to give the boat a test drive and the once over video.Ballers on this site are fantastic when it comes to boats.Get it checked out to be sure it functions properly.......Buy the baller a gift certificate to performance ski
  18. I am selling my mint condition D3 67 ARC that was used by a little old man from Pasadena and only skied on Sunday.I have bought another ski and have to clean out the boat house. Also have a radar vapor rope with marking sleeves from 15 off to 43 off.$425 for the ski and $40 for the rope......
  19. Henry bought a 2021 CC 200.I guess I will have to drive for him and also ski it many times this summer....
  20. My ski partner just sold his 196 and now wants a 200.He is interested in spending more money thinking why leave it for the kids.He probably will buy up to a 2020 if price is right.Let me know if you ballers have one to sell or know about one.....THX It has to be a OPEN BOW
