Baller gsm_peter Posted June 11, 2015 Baller Share Posted June 11, 2015 I just got back for a full week of coaching and skiing in Italy B) In the end I realize that I am lifting my back foot heel a bit. It seems like I do it at the pull out but I do not know if I do it through out the course. I do not know why I do it or if it is a positive or negative thing?!? Any thoughts? Baller DefectiveDave Posted June 11, 2015 Baller Share Posted June 11, 2015 The consensus seems to be that it's useful, but it's more of an advanced concept. If you're doing it, that's fine and it might even be helping you get forward a bit on the ski. However, it's probably not something that's incredibly important from a functional perspective until the shorter line lengths.
