  1. @gaj0004 The short lake in Mercer a few miles from the court house
  2. For Real Horton, I ran just about the same numbers on my RCX except for the wing
  3. Try these numbers, they seem to be working good on the X7 6.913 tips 2.515 .655 flat, wing is at 6 degrees
  4. I can make a handle for about $12 when I tie my own
  5. Do they have a rotation for the boats and divisions? It could just be a coincidence the last 2 years at regionals I had Mastercraft, Malibu, now this year Nautique.
  6. Correction, Wade will be in Dallas July 10th not July 17th
  7. It must of been the BOS Slalom Challenge that motivated him to that score.
  8. Wade will be in the Dallas area July 17th. There are a couple open spots available. If you are interested email me bmiller3536@yahoo.com
  9. You all sound like a bunch of women talking about shopping
  10. Whats the email dawg, I need a blue/tan one
  11. I often feel good inside after spending money in MN It is almost like donating to charity, help the poor cold people in MN
  12. www.lakeelmosports.com cheapest rope I could find, limited on different types of handles
  13. So I have had a full week to apply the advice I received from the Wilson Bros. and I have to say I am quite impressed. I do not get many lessons, perhaps one a year, and I was a little skeptical of the wilson bros. based on their age. Boy was I wrong, they are far beyond their years in coaching. They gave me tips and advice I had not heard before (atleast the way they were describing it) and they were simple small tweaks that made a HUGE difference. They helped me get over a plateau and I am planing to post a monster score for the July Slalom Challenge. If they are nearby I would absolutely recomend a lesson it is well worth the time. These dudes are driving around in a truck all over the country trying to grow the sport. How awesome is that I did manage to embarrass myself with a nasty header going through the GATE at -28. Worst fall in a couple years Also got to see Casey take a set from the boat, kid can rip
  14. I will be there saturday to ski and watch the prelims but will not be able to stay sunday for the finals rip it dawg Does Vegas have odds on the big dawg?
  15. Any Ballers going to Houston for the Big Dawg or little dawg class C tourney?
  16. I believe he had a bad hand injury a few years back caused by the clinchers not releasing the handle...
  17. I am not sure where I heard this, it may have been on this website... #1 Split the tournament into two groups...an A.M. and P.M. group (this works for slalom tourney's only) You do not have to wait around all day at the tournament and can ski three rounds in half the time. The only down fall I can think of is getting enough judges and drivers. #2 Make it easier to become a driver and official
  18. I decided to take off the wing on my X7. With the wing on I felt the ski just could not keep up with me around the buoy. Since removing the ski feels much quicker and less effort to run passes (as expected). I have NEVER slalom skied without a wing before. Should I adjust the fin or just leave it where it was when the wing was on? Ran my tournament average first set on the ski without a wing but I feel like the ski is too fast into 2,4 (Left Foot Forward). Any advice from non-wingers?
  19. I have gone as deep as 2.500 just to see what it felt like, I felt as long as I ran it shallow it skied ok
  20. Has anyone received lessons from the Wilson brothers?
  21. I do not think Horton is changing the rules at all, he stated "Handicaps may be reviewed and scrutinize for sand baggers". In fact he is doing the opposite of what he is being accused of and he actually is following the rules Lydia's scores seem to suggest her handicap should be around 1@ 14.25 or 79 buoys. I would say give her a +4. @Gilski, I think you may be the only person here that got your feelings hurt
  22. 2000 Nautique and 94 Mastercrap
  23. I am going to add some depth this week and see how it skis. The water is starting to warm up so I should be able to tell pretty quick how it does in the 90+ degree water.
