  1. @BS74 , the plate and horseshoe are different between Reflex back and front bindings. The black boot is kind of the standard for tricks, it has limited hinge/ankle movement.
  2. Just hit my elbow in a slide, nothing major nor painful, but now I have a golf sized lump in my elbow, and an elbow bursitis diagnosis. No pain, only some tension feeling when completely bending the elbow Any advice? How long to get back to normal? Would skiing make it worse?
  3. @Lafaver , does the rear T-factor cramp at all your back foot, or do you get the same sensation/pressure than with the Reflex (meaning it is not an issue and could be a long time on it even in hot water)?
  4. On plate weight increase with the G10 plate, it will not be relevant at all for perrformance. As a matter of fact, using a normal sock in your foot will increase your binding+boot weight by far more - in a place where the added weight is not relevant.
  5. What plate are you using? Are the plate holes in good shape? Are the horseshoe screws tight on the aluminum bases tight before attaching to the plate? They might get loose, but not usually that often. It is also a good practice not to store the ski with the boot locked to the plate, and clipping the binding with the boot in the foot (not inserting the foot with the liner in an already clipped boot). That gives you an additional check before skiing.
  6. The leverage works similar to the Wiley for me, with the advantage of the laced overlay (older stlyle, which I have “on stock…). I had a Wiley for some time, but pressure felt the same in summer.
  7. For years I have used a back Leverage with my front Reflex. Although I do not fully tighten the overlay, I still get a sore back foot in summer with hot water in my last passes. Anyone can advise on pros/cons of using a back T-Factor in the back?
  8. After more data, I now feel average…
  9. For 1/2, all that @klindy pointed out plus the skier gets after the buoy inside the line of buoys that the scored buoy belongs to. Or something like that…
  10. @klindy , 3:30:40 is kind of at the very end.
  11. @bsmith , on all good soccer players learning to play with both feet, Maradona would disagree with you. By the way, @Horton , Maradona was a lefty as well.
  12. @Woodybc62 , there are no runoffs for 2nd place.
  13. @Horton , we just got a self-video of him walking unassisted, which is positive. Hoping for the best.
  14. @Horton , on Pipe’s crash, the rope somewhat got entangled on the right ski when leaving the ramp, and unfortunately he did not manage to get it out… Words from Pipe himself.
  15. @matthewbrown , ACL does not work at all or get any stress when bending the knee.
  16. ACL recovery critical path for a high level athlete is not rehab/regaining strength. Cellular replacement in the grafted tissue is.
  17. Bad news. Crappy injury, 6 months out after surgery…
  18. Why on earth would someone with a good product everyone seems to like not ship as many as he can?
  19. @dude, i had for more than a while in my back foot. I put a gel heel cup, and that made it better and allowed me to ski. “If you have plantar fasciitis for more than 10 minutes you are going to the wrong doctor.” Seriously???
  20. As @The_MS, I get “magic numbers” for a reliable source, or would use stock if no magic one is out there. Usually, there is…

  22. @6balls , that was my dream boat in the early nineties! Then, I had zero chances of getting one…Eye candy in the Waterski Magazine boat review yearbook only.
  23. For some time I followed this one, went out for less than 600k. https://www.realtor.com/realestateandhomes-detail/13-Lago-Cv_Santa-Fe_TX_77517_M84229-61898#photo4
