Yeah that is wards old boat, however it has 1200 more hours then listed I believe. Last I saw it in 2011 it was in really really good shape. Its also an 07 isnt it? It was originally PP and was converted hence the hours Edit: Sorry I looked back in my emails and it is an 2008, my wife lied to me!

I think I bought all the old mediums that exist, but I am almost out of them. These gloves are the ones that fit me the best by far, I tried the 41 tail's a few times, but I find that the back of the hand strap was always coming loose on me, probably because I am wearing them tight with liners under them. The Boa's are pretty nice, but at $90 per pair that is almost $100 more a year. Any word on if Masterline is going to actually sell K palms anymore or should I start trying on other gloves?

He also sold me a "counterfiet" 2013 Strada, that was a vice painted orange for a photo shoot, but it was obviously the wrong color and heavier. I called him out on it and luckily he let me send it back. Maybe that is all a mistake... Maybe But then he listed it again on SIA claiming it is a strada still as soon as he got it back. Great person.

Things I know for sure changed: Some 2012's and all newer have a lower profile engine cover. When I got a new rudder in late 2013 it was different then what was on my (very early) 2012. Much better driving with this. Cup holders now. The metal panels on the bow are now carbon, but the inlays are not carbon. Window frame is black now but mine is silver. I have the ZF45 tranny in my 2012 not sure if they ever had something different. There is padding on the handle on the back now. The padding is different on the new ones then on my 2012. It's a lot like a 197 or a lightly torqued TXi now to drive with a better rudder.

So all this talk about the CP, what is a 2012 Carbon pro with all the new updates except the engine cover and cup holders worth? 500 Hours?

Everything is stock except that the bindings are 1/8 back from stock. I think. Someone else does that for me ;) 66” Binding placement - 28 7/8” Fin - .705”, 2.494”, 6.768” Wing – 9.5 degrees (+- ½ degrees - The Nano OneXTTM is wing sensitive. Try different settings) Trent set it up to these #'s adjusting for the different caliper that he was using I believe.

I have the same system too minus the buckles. I keep meaning to bring them with me when I go to a big city with a snowski store to get the buckles. IMO it is the safest system on the market and I have had a bunch of HARD OTF and crushed into the ski falls learning to run 36 22

BTW this is at 36 MPH, I showed this video to @tfin and he said that I need to let the boat stand me up more on the glide and then finish my turn in before I load better and the rest of it will figure itself out. BTW, the GH4 is the best slalom camera ever as it takes this slow motion video natively, don't need to process it at all as it is recording 1080p96 (or whatever frame rate you want up to that) onto the card at 1080p24 so you just copy and upload!

Trying to get more consistent at -32 here, but I just keep having 1 balls like this, or I dont get any angle and run over my rope when I try to finish the turn. Thoughts?

ZF45a in mine. It only makes noise when you shut the boat off. Pretty normal sound when going in and out of gear IMO.

I'm just running mine without most of the engine cover liner, at least a few hundred hours on it since it came out and no issues. It weighed like 100 lbs, and it was falling apart when I got it. Most 2012+ boats wont have that problem as they have a different engine cover.

I've spent a little time in the Mastercraft and a bunch in the TXi, both have similar (great) skiability, drive pretty well (both excellent, but not as good as a 200 IMO, not sure if the Mastercraft I drove was setup completely and I never adjusted the seat right, Mastercraft has 100% more room so that's the main area it excels in from your questions. Wakes are excellent for low speed on both from my observation. I think with it being a new hull that resale on the mastercraft will be better, but just guessing.

The cheapest and easiest way to get into this is with a DJI phantom 2 with a go pro gimbal, however it is limited in what wind it can handle, there is no redundancy, and it isnt THAT stable.
