  1. Do you do foot stretches before you ski ? I have a few fused joints in my feet and had the same problem. I do a few foot stretches now and along with customized hard shells, problem solved.
  2. OK all things aside, It's been blowing near a hurricane for 6 days with water temp around 5C and outside around 9C. Hard to even get the docks in not to mention the courses.
  3. I think there should be a "has you season started" box
  4. When you are making these changes to the bindings for testing are you leaving the fin in the same position John ?
  5. I use Shock Doctor hockey footbeds inside my liners. They are not custom, but are arched and formed to an average foot. You can also heat them and mold them a little. They are quite hard so they have a good feel and they don't slip in the liner or on your foot. I found them less slippery than the superfeet.
  6. @AB in the original vid you posted of Matt Brown is that Ray Brown music ?
  7. 1995 Response 340 hp carb motor. Only skied once behind a ZO boat so I can't compare but Z box works well for me. We are mainly skiing up a few at 38. Times are all within .02. Ball one is consistent at 1.76 and I usually have at 3-5 actuals in a pass. No surging no problems.
  8. You can have open loop cooling on any size motor. The closed loop cooling is usually done for either salt water or to aid in control of emissions equipment.
  9. Keeping pressure on the ski right through the edge change.
  10. Hockey, hockey and some more hockey. Weights 3 days a week.
  11. I'll stick with my powershells too londonskier.
  12. BTW Horton the Panda is Great
  13. Oh no, MS is right ! Talked to someone quite a few years ago who did just that and was happy with the result. Worth a try.
  14. Slalom left, write right, shoot hockey left, bat left, badminton/squash right
  15. Can't miss with a SS Ez Slalom clable course. Our lake does a 4-5' change in the summer. I have a winch on both ends so I can keep it tight and in place. My other course is sunk on individual anchors. The cable course has to come out in the winter because the bottom is real uneven and also because so much stuff, like dead heads, float around and settle in the spring I might never get be able to raise it. It's a bugger to clean the arms. Putting it in and maintenance is easy. The sunk course requires less cleaning after the summer but needs more maintenance.
  16. Swiss is a great place. We used to go there with friends, rent a villa, ski 5-6 sets during the day, meet people from around the world, make supper together, hang out at the pool and hot tub, and sometimes at night do the Swiss Grand Prix in the golf carts (don't ask). Couldn't ask for more. Pretty relaxing after working your butt off all year.
  17. @roberto I see it's been waaay too long since I've been to Swiss. Seems like yesterday.
  18. I didn't know, when did Pierre pass away ?
  19. That would be sweet to have now
  20. When I leave this planet, if I have any usefull working parts left, I will consider it a life wasted.
