I have 2017 Animals with the rear laces. I like them as I can set laces for my desired release point. Also comfortable no cramping even after an 8-10 pass set. Wondering how they compare to the new ones w/o laces. I tried the HO lace ups & hard shells - didn't turn my crank!
We use my buddy's 97 Sporty in the course. Nice wake, does get pulled around a bit but drive it a bit and you get used to it. Great bare foot boat as well
@75Tique if you have it I would be interested in the "after" pic - as a veterinarian that would have been an interesting wound for me to get closed (if on a dog - I don't do humans; licensing board frowns on it)
Have you tried your old ski again to compare? When I demo'd the TX I had a heck of a time with starts. On the CX Superlite I haven't missed a start in over 2 years and starts are effortless.
I repair my drysuit seals with Seam Grip, available in a big 8 oz tube; similar to aquaseal. I would clean the wound, buff with sandpaper, expect it would work well
This new ski and that Whisper fin are really something. I have not seen anyone ask what would happen if you combined the two products. Would it be like an old Star Trek episode involving matter & anti-matter, or maybe a good thing??
This stuff is all about skiing! Make pancakes or waffles, pour on that lovely syrup, top with three over easy eggs; stuff your face and do three sets 1 hour later!!
BTW if I bring a bottle of scotch, when does the BBQ start?!?
