  1. Karen 5 at 39 (but I think she skipped 38 so will be scored at 38). Adam Caldwell 1.5 at 41 and 0.5 at 41 a handful of PBs. The Mastercraft was rolling.
  2. Oh Steve Rapheal Men 7 I think. 5.5 at 39 32 mph
  3. There is in boat video, not sure who has that though. I have not viewed the in boat video.
  4. Joel ran 4 and 3.5 at 41 today. Impressive weekend for Joel. Now to Jeff, I watched some really impressive skiing from Jeff over the years but the 41 he ran today was the most impressive exhibition of fighting through a pass I have ever seen in my life.
  5. Jeff Rodgers 1-1/2 at 43, Joel Howley 4 at 41 and 5 at 41 at Trophy Lakes

    Halt

Rides a Connelly Prophecy. Skis a few Record tournaments locally (SC) and in Florida. He is a very humble skier for his ability. Skied a few pro events years ago. He's a good guy and an incredible skier. Great guy to talk skiing with if you want a different perspective than most of the things we hear.
  7. Fred's 5 at 41 was at 34. But he will run 3 at 41 36mph at any event with good conditions, good boats and good drivers.
  8. 3 for me. Like the sound of 100% a whole more than the other options.
  9. Fred runs some the nicest 39s at 36 you will ever see. He is regularly good for 3 at 41 at 36. The funny thing is I don't see him practice 39s very much.
  10. Tighter tolerances, especially the ones that benefit the skier.
  11. Seems to working but we're not getting the top seeds in 45+. It looks like the bottom seeds in 55+.
  12. I have seen references to this being Webcast but I can't seem to find a link. Does anybody know if it is being webcast and if so where? Thanks
  13. That boat looks like it's a 15 footer. I love the guys in their referee shirts.
  14. Nationals has unwritten rules too? ....maybe someone should write them down.
  15. Only 3 more months left in this ski season...and then it's Happy New Year. Hope this winter isn't like the last winter.
  16. Looks like a Dr J course adjuster
  17. I miss Phineas and Ferb since my daughter lost interest in them. That's one of the few shows she would watch where I had to stop and watch as well.
  18. Somewhere I have video of him jumping from the early 80s. If I remember correctly, the best jumpers were 180-185 in good conditions and he was around 170ish. I bet Ed Brazil has more info.
  19. A few observations. April is running some of the nicest 38s at 34 you will ever see. Fred Halt ran 3 of the nicest 39s you will ever see at 36. Ran 3 at 41 twice was going to 4 on the first one. Last round watching Corey Vaughn make a mess of 2 at 41, assuming he was done I looked away, looked back up and he was outside of 3...have no idea how he got there. Adam Caldwell also gets 2.5 at 41. And now the most impressive part. Late on Saturday, we're having extreme sun issues but we're running behind, a whole division (handful of skiers) go down on either their 1st or 3rd pass into the blazing sun. Andy goes out, runs 32, 35, 38 skips 39 for a 41 tail sun, runs it, but can't see to turn 1 at 43, Jeff comes out does the same thing except does not get through 41. Next skier down at 1.
  20. Howley was 3.5 at 41, Fred Halt 3 at 41, April 1 at 41, Andy ran 41
  21. The farther you go, the more you miss it and the darker that side.
  22. There are tolerances established for driving path. What if there was a driver that you skied behind regularly in tournaments that you often skied 1 or 2 buoys better than any other driver. Let's say that driver pulled 5 national records behind him or her (so the path has been reviewed numerous times and approved path is very tight). If you knew that driver was so good that they could make the boat mini-weave 2" in the skiers favor at each buoy (effectively a 4" whip from buoy to buoy) would you have a problem with that driver? Let's say that for the sake of this argument the driver would never admit to anyone what he/she was doing. Spare me the pattern driving is illegal stuff, I already know that.
