I had some serious elbow pain many years ago and I can't fully straighten my right elbow these days. I get elbow pain from time to time...could be either elbow. But what I have found is that the cleaner and more fluid I ski, the less trouble I have with my elbows, back, knees. I think of body pain as a reminder to work on being smooth. (I still have plenty of work to do on being smooth). The funny thing is that all the same things that I work on to not abuse my body also seems to help my scores.
