  1. @kc what numbers are you running on the Neo2? I’m trying the neo2 this weekend and I have numbers from a top pro skier… 😊but was thinking that I’m nowhere near at what he is running into… Not something extreme and not far from Neo’s numbers that are posted on the D3 site. but I wanted to know what others are running, skiers like myself or a lot better, but not super humans like the pros. I ski between -28 and -35. TIA Alex
  2. Corey looked very good on the KD… he looks like he can ski deep or who knows maybe run -41…. he run 4@41 in practice in Kaiafas
  3. @Killerthis beautiful plate will look more beautiful with a Mikrojust on… 😊
  4. @skiboynyhow about the under 21 men's finals worlds? 12 D3s, one evo, one ion, a couple of R3s and the rest… ion2s I don’t ski on one, but have seen great success from the skiers skiing on ion2, skiers that I ski with, some also are coming off an ion and still feel that ion2 is a little better…
  5. Philippos is a great guy, top skier, capable of running deep -41! bought his book, but haven’t received it yet. I’m really interested in what is going to be like. Also excited that he put this effort for the sport we all love. He is going to be in Kaiafas lake for Kaiafas battle pro tour stop next week promoting his book. That is what I’ve heard.
  6. A years old club rope is done, no matter what rope it is. a pro skier has told me that at tournaments the rope stiffens from skier to skier and that at the second round the rope is much more preferable than at the first. Now, there is a difference to rope performance when new out of the box due to loop construction. Slide loop is more ready out of the box, standard loop needs to be tightened, loops and knots… so it usually takes a few sets to settle.
  7. @Hortonit should be the browser, I use my iPhone for BOS mostly, but I’m lazy and forget to try it on my PC. I'm on a ski vacation, no Pc for me here, only skiing, will check when I’m back home.
  8. @HortonThese 2 screenshots, one when I want to add a picture to a post and the other one when I’m replying to a personal message, it doesn’t give me the option to add a picture.
  9. Why 38off? You’re free skiing right? 32 or 28 off would have been more fun and easier to ski a wider path.. ohh is that you the guy from Facebook with the duct taped wood ski running-38 at 38? 😂😂 sorry for that! 😊😊
  10. Are you on a size 12? All reflex plates do that, but on size 12 the flex is visible even when all six screws are tightened. This is why D3 puts an extra set of inserts on their 67” and up skis. If there is no curl at all, then there’s usually some play when the boot is clipped in. If the toe bar to release mechanism spacing is right, then there will be some curled up. To much or to little is not good…
  11. Found this in my stuff today… thinking of giving it a try after like 15 years of being in storage…
  12. Looking forward to a great weekend, I will be skiing and watching online!
  13. I’m using the mid stretch since they came out and I’m very happy with it too…
  14. @teammalibu I put some red loctite to those too since it was new. Later I found out that the screws are sticking out a little, inside the shell and from then after when I’m setting up a new boot, I grind the screws and putting red loctite.
  15. Onside crossings look better… offsides not so much. Your stack is broken, butt a little back, arms away from the body… but what I would like to see is video or pictures of off the second wake and on the way to the buoy… for example onside cuts look good before first wake, but do you keep your stack off the second wake, are your hips still up and arms close to the body…? somehow I believe that your off side cut issues start off the second wake of your onside cut and as in most of us at the setup 😊
  16. I can not really see when a gate buoy is alined with number one or whatever, not young any more, I wish I could… I stay in about the middle of the white wash where I have a good visual of the pregates and depending on the rope length and wind I decide at what distance from the greens to start my pull out. Then I try to look down course and be outside the 2-4-6, (I barely see them). I usually look at the gates to decide when to turn in, but a good advice which really works for me is to look at the driver’s head and start my turn in when it alines with the gate buoys. This works great, but not with all boats…
  17. @dave2ball you are very active on this thread, more than anybody else despite the fact that you want it to be closed. And you seem that you have more knowledge of what really happened, than us clueless people. This maybe explains why you defend Nautique so passionately. All I know is I love this sport and I’d like to see all my favorite skiers competing at all major tournaments. Obviously I wasn’t there as most of us, to have a personal knowledge of what really happened, but one could tell that if Freddie’s foul was that serious, the punishment would have come from the governing body of the sport and not a sponsor/organizer.
  18. @jcamp I looked back at the questions, maybe you are right, but this is my first poll and expressing myself in English is not the easiest. I wish someone more of a star baller or @Horton has posted this, it would have taken a greater momentum. I was expecting a similar post and it wasn’t coming, so that is why I posted it. please baller don’t avoid to vote or comment, voting is anonymous anyway…
  19. Forgive my English, I’ve tried my best, I know it’s the last minute, but I believe that we ballers have some power and it would be great if people at Nautique and Freddie get together and find a solution the will be good for both sides and especially for the sport we all love.
  20. @Horton A poll would’ve been a good idea, who of us ballers wants to see Freddie competing this year’s Masters. We, most of us are old farts but as a unity we mater for the sport… come on people at Nautique and Freddie, talk this out… it will only be good for the sport we all love…
  21. @cragginshredI watched for the otf… I wouldn’t call this out the front… more like a face plant … no wisdom here, but listen to the others and have a great season!!
