  1. Is the tournament video out there anywhere for viewing?
  2. McKee's 37 N1-150 Nautical One Xtreme Remover
  3. Starbright is good. But, McKee's is the best I've ever used.
  4. Look into "Plantar fasciitis" If your symptoms fit the description, treat it seriously and aggressively. If been battling it for over a year.
  5. @OldboyII - I tend to agree with you there. Perhaps some folks can comment on their experiences and/or near misses with handle guards and without. Incidentally, I tried the MOB guard last week. It's very well made, no complaints there. But I repeatedly missed the handle over a 2 set period. Next I'm going to try trimming it down to allow more space for my paws to reach the handle and not bump the edge of the guard.
  6. I wish I could make the trip over. Personal commitments just got in the way. I hope the turnout is big and and the tournament is a huge success. Props to the Whitestone folks and Hortonism.
  7. Just a bump to see how folks ended up liking/comparing the 3 different models
  8. @mbabiash - do you know if those 2 guys liked the new version better than the old?
  9. @Broussard - you're way too young to know about "Science!"
  10. My fin...going around 3-ball at 35. My bud Moyerism says my shorts were at my knees when I managed to crawl in the pickup boat. I don't believe it, but then again I don't remember much after the crash. The Mobile causeway location, some tournament down there. Guess that's not a lake but at least it is fresh water.
  11. In my experience or opinion: the XTR is a deeper riding ski that is 'stickier'. So no surprise it's not as fast or free but turns are a no-brainer and it won't blow out. The Revo rides higher and is easier from side to side. You could say its faster. The turns may require more technique or attention to detail to be optimal. Haven't ridden a 9970 yet, but I want to.
  12. BTW...@Jody I will miss you Bro. Hope to see you later this year.
  13. It is a mandate that irks me as well. (for the same reasons aforementioned by Jody and others) But; a) the core goal of the 'training' I cannot argue with. It is imperative we keep our Sport as clean as possible, and utilizing the tools available to help achieve that, is a good thing IMO. b) I have loved (tournament) slalom skiing since the 70's. I've strived to be better and compete on a higher level for so many years. I also look forward to continuing that quest. I'm not ready to quit because of this 'speed bump'. I use that term because I freakin HATE speed bumps, but they don't stop me from using the road I want to travel.
  14. Let me know if you part it out. A friend needs a windshield frame
  15. Yeah, only if the destination is interesting (to her!) and involves a road trip (excuse to travel) But yeah, I can't blame her for not wanting to sit in the sweltering heat all day.
  16. Hey, if WD40 works on the %^#$%^#^%#!!!!! mildew stains that keep reappearing every year, I'll use it in a heartbeat.
  17. @ColeGiacopuzzi - "..from centerline out to the buoy is 1 big turn." I like that simple concept or approach. It's not particularly mechanical or technical and encourages you to work out the mechanics on your own terms.
  18. Hey Mike, @mmosley899 The cart function is acting flaky. Is it on my end or yours?
