  1. Like Wish said, I believe going to 90 is too much. I do believe it has been beneficial, and I use mine occasionally during ski season when I can tell my spine is taking a beating.
  2. "Man, I know, but Camrys are just so dependable. And I've had it for years"
  3. I was going to say Cory's, but that' a bit of a drive.
  4. @Wayne - Good one, "rip in the fabric of reality"
  5. @The_MS - yeah I see that now. Highs in the 70's. Ouch. Looks like the whole eastern US is cooling down after Labor Day.
  6. @zman - Hey John....I'm heading up there for a week and half
  7. USPS in the past has been ok for me. But there is something going on with them this year. A flat rate small box I recently sent took 8 days from AL to SC! Really? So yeah FDX or UPS?....6 or half a dozen. The dimensional oversize thing about doubles the price. Insurance is expensive but it's not worth the risk of skimping on it.
  8. My job is sending me to Wauseon OH (just west of Toledo) next week, thru the 18th. Which is bad timing considering Lymanland is having the first Fall tournament in...well...maybe ever, and it's on the 19th. Would nearly 2 weeks off be beneficial right before a tournament? Doubtful. If I can find someone to ski with up there it would be awesome. Thanks
  9. A (high-maintenance) friend of mine, tried my Record flex and loved it. He was running multiple 28's the 2nd set, and before had been struggling with 28 on his regular ski.
  10. The stretch at 28 was very noticeable and I had to be careful not to fall in. (IOW too stretchy) 35 and 38, I can't say it was an issue.
  11. Hey Leon....nah that was the Alabama Guys on the LP1 Reliable intel, though, says he wants to try one. ;)
  12. Will there be a Denali tent? (guessing not)
  13. Hey @DavidT - I am in Tuscaloosa and ski at Lymanland. Feel free to PM me.
  14. Yep, +1 on the drag the leg like a rudder. I keep my chest pressed to my knee until the ski starts planing and it's time to stand up.
  15. LP1 - Easy to ride right off the bat (though there is some squirreling on the drift) - It's large for a 67...but...it turns very easily, and - Cross course speed is possibly the best I've ridden - Space is easy to create - You can't jump on the tail and get away with it, perhaps like a Goode. - 0.80 fin I like it.
  16. I was about to say "$100 says it's the cap" Where did you get one that quick?
  17. Left the gas cap on the back of the boat. I didn't notice until the driver started tightening the line for my first pass....and as the line pushed it right over the edge. Never found it.
  18. @acmx - Yep...and I'm not mentioning the other one, maybe two, I'm waiting on.
  19. @Rusty_Johnson - I would PM Chad and discuss it. The XTRcc evidently skis a bit smaller than the XTR. So a 68 might be better for you. I'm waiting on a 68 now myself.
  20. One issue I run into using a bent handle (being RFF and non-baseball bat grip), when reconnecting at the finish of one ball my right hand tends to end up in the middle of the handle rather than to the right of middle where it should be. Doesn't affect my stack, but is a distraction and can lead to a missed grab further down the course. But yes, like others, I believe it helped with elbow tendinitis.
